Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using CosmoOps Tap, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the product.

CosmoOps Tap lets you build a digital profile card, publish it at a shareable public link, and let visitors download your details as a vCard to save directly to their contacts. It is an early-stage (MVP) product operated by CosmoOps (OPC) Private Limited and is still evolving.

You need an account (email and password) to create a profile. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

Anything you add to your profile — display name, bio, phone number, avatar, or social links — is published at your public link and visible to anyone who opens it. You're solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you publish.

You retain ownership of your profile content. By publishing it, you grant us the permissions needed to host and display it as part of the product.

Don't use CosmoOps Tap to impersonate someone else, publish unlawful or harmful content, or attempt to scrape, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

We may suspend or remove accounts and profiles that violate these terms.

CosmoOps Tap is under active development. Features, design, and functionality may change, and we don't currently guarantee any specific uptime.

The CosmoOps Tap name, branding, and underlying software belong to us. This doesn't affect your ownership of the profile content you create.

CosmoOps Tap relies on Google Firebase (Firestore and Storage) for data hosting, and Google Tag Manager for analytics. Your use of CosmoOps Tap is also subject to the applicable terms of those providers.

CosmoOps Tap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.

You may stop using CosmoOps Tap and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Puducherry 605001, India.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of CosmoOps Tap after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
